Only a single pilot is needed to operate our Midwest-based charter service. A second pilot is available if a client requests a two-pilot trip.

Safety is our No. 1 goal, and WAK Aviation adheres to strict inspection, maintenance, and training standards. The King Air 350i charter plane (https://beechcraft.txtav.com/en/king-air-360) undergoes rigorous inspections as mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration Regulations Part 135 for Commercial Aviation. These inspections are more frequent and more stringent than inspections for personal aircraft.

Primary pilot Ryan Jahner earned an Aeronautics and Commercial Aviation degree in 2002 and furthers his education by attending pilot training sessions every six months. He has flown more than 9,000 hours. Ryan earned numerous piloting certifications

In case of a weather event, the WAK Aviation pilot will contact you directly. The pilot will provide you with flight options well in advance of your scheduled departure.

For charter flights, WAK Aviation flies a King Air 350i, a 9-passenger twin turbo-prop aircraft with belted lavatory. The aircraft comes equipped with the latest aviation technology, comfortable seating, and a nationwide range.

Hours? That’s for commercial flights, not private charters! Our pilot and private plane are ready to fly within minutes of passengers’ arrival. Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled take-off.

Our plane, the King Air 350i, is significantly more cost-effective to fly than other charter jets. The exact cost of a charter flight depends on the destination and other factors. Submit a Flight Request Form and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a price.

WAK Aviation can arrange ground transportation to a hotel or the destination of your choice. Many passengers choose to arrange their own ground transportation, contacting their preferred ride share provider.

WAK Aviation serves complimentary snacks, and various beverages including bottled water, soda, beer, and mixed drinks. Charter customers are welcome to bring food on their charter trips.

Yes, if you are located anywhere in the Midwest, request a quote. WAK Aviation will fly to your location, pick up you or your group, and execute the flight.
